Per signup (CPA)
$50–$350 per FTDFor each player who signs up and deposits: smaller markets $50–100, LATAM micro/mid creators $80–200, and premium creators in top markets like MX and CO $150–350 per FTD.
Revenue share (NGR)
25–60% of NGRA recurring cut of net gaming revenue (NGR): sportsbook 25–40%; casino, live casino and slots 30–50%; up to 55–60% for proven high volume.
Hybrid (most common)
Base + commissionThe norm for agency-managed deals: a $500–2,000 base + $50–100 per FTD, or a $1,000–5,000 monthly retainer + 15–25% of NGR.
